Kindred Connections

Built so no one waits alone for the next real conversation

Bailey helps seniors stay connected, engaged, and known — so families worry less, and communities can offer more than a full calendar. Conversations that matter. Memories that last.

Our story

Families know the quiet fear: a parent who lights up on visits and then faces long stretches without a real conversation. Dana saw that same gap from inside senior living. She spent 20 years running skilled nursing, post-acute, and assisted living communities across New York, Vermont, and New Jersey — and watched residents go days without meaningful talk, not because staff didn't care, but because one aide covering a dozen people simply cannot be present for everyone.

She brought that problem to Aniruth, who had spent his career building AI systems at Google, VMware, and Accenture, and to Felicia, who led product and technology at Pivotal and Morgan Stanley. The question was simple: could technology be genuinely helpful to a senior — not a novelty — one that remembered names, honored stories, and gave families real connection without compromising dignity?

Bailey is what they built. It runs in any browser, needs no app, and supports natural conversations about grandchildren, recipes, favorite songs — the moments that make someone feel known. Families can share in those stories with clear consent. Care teams get a quiet partner that helps close the companionship gap so they can focus on care.

We are a small, focused team. We do not have a hundred products. We have one, and we are building it to be excellent — for the adult child who wants Mom to have company between visits, and for the community that wants every resident to feel known.

What we believe

For families and for communities — the same bar for connection, privacy, and care.

Connected, engaged, and known

Whether you love someone in care or run a community, the goal is the same: real conversation — not empty hours — so people feel heard and still fully themselves.

Closer for families, lighter for staff

Families get peace of mind and shared stories with consent. Staff get insight that supports human care — Bailey never pretends software can replace people.

Dignity before data

Seniors own their stories. Consent is clear and revocable. This is not therapy, not a medical device, and not part of the medical record.

One product, done well

We focus on Bailey — conversations that matter and memories that last — for people at home with family support and for residents in assisted living and memory care.

Our team

Founders who combine senior-care operations with AI and product leadership — building Bailey for the people who live it and the people who love them.
